Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect on nursing safety of implementing risk management in psychiatric nursing work,and to summarize the implementation of risk management method and path.Method:90 cases of psychiatric patients in our hospital from February 2013 to December 2014 were randomly selected,they were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,with each group 45 cases.The control group was given routine psychiatric nursing intervention,the intervention group on the basis of the control group was given risk management of nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction and the incidence of nursing security hidden danger of the two groups were compared.Result:The nursing satisfaction rate of the intervention group(95.6%) was higher than that of the control group(77.8%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence ate of safety hazards of the intervention group(4.4%) was lower than that of the control group(28.9%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of risk management in psychiatric nursing care can effectively remove the potential nursing safety hidden trouble,improve nursing safety and satisfaction, which is worthy of reference and adoption.关键词
