腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的临床分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Method:The clinical data of 80 cases of patients with total hysterectomy were retrospectively analyzed.42 patients with total abdominal hysterectomy were selected as the TAH group,while 38 patients with laparoscopic total hysterectomy were selected as the LTH group.The indexes related to the operation were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time,the anus exhaust time after operation and the hospitalization time after operation in the LTH group were better than those in the TAH group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the amount of bleeding and the incidence rate of complications(P>0.05).Conclusion:LTH has the advantages of less injury,faster recover and so on,which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic,but it needs to strictly grasp the indications.关键词
