摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the inducing effect of staphylococcus enterotoxin A on the apoptosis of human liver carcinoma cell HepG2. Method:The"DNA ladders"formed by apoptotic of HepG2 cells were analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis.Result:There were obvious DNA ladders after a 24-hour and 48-hour treatment of 0.2μg/ml SEA.Conclusion:SEA can induce the apoptosis of HepG2 cells.关键词
