高校校企合作成效影响因素评价研究--基于江苏省24所高校的调研分析OA北大核心
Study on the Evaluation of Influencing Factors of the Effectiveness of School-enterprise Cooperation in Higher Education Institutes--Based on Survey of 24 Higher Education Institutes in Jiangsu Province
校企合作是高校人才培养、技术创新的基本途径。依据产学合作与校企合作的相关理论，梳理出影响高校校企合作成效的主要因素，并在此基础上构建概念模型，即以合作动力、合作关系、沟通机制、外部环境等因素作为输入变量，以合作行为作为中介变量，研究其对高校校企合作成效的影响作用机理；同时，在概念模型的基础上，构建各影响因素的测量指标。通过实证分析得出：校企合作动力、沟通机制与合作关系这三大主要因素对校企合作行为、合作成效有正向积极影响；外部环境对校企合作成效有正…查看全部>>
