Cultivation of New Professional Farmers from the Perspective of Modern Agriculture：Realistic Predicaments and System Design

Abstract
New professional farmer is the core and key to develop modern agriculture, and it is urgent to cultivate new professional farmers. However, in the real process, it faces many constraints and difficulties in the aspects of external environment and system level, contents and form and farmers themselves. The role of government decided that it is the key subject for new professional farmer cultivation. Therefore, the government should play its part in the aspects of system design and functional remodeling, in particular: form institutional and policy environment for the cultivation of new professional farmers, establish sound investment mechanism for cultivating new professional farmers and build diversified cultivation modes for new professional farmers.关键词
