Abstract
Objective] The aim was to discuss the effects of different medicaments soaking on seed germination of Solanum melongena, to im-prove seed germination rate.[ Method] Effects of different concentrations NaCl, MgSO4 , CaCl2 and KNO3 solution on seed germination of Duomeijia S.melongena were studied[Result] The results showed that each concentration of medicament promoted the germination of S.melon-gena seeds.The germination energy, germination rate, and germination index increased significantly and average germination days decreased. [Conclusion] At all the chemical reagents or concentrations, KNO3(20 g/L) was the best, and the germination energy was 75.27%, germina-tion rate was 93.83%, and germination index was 64.23, the average germination time was 4.00 day.关键词
