超声提取岩白菜中岩白菜素的最佳工艺研究
The Optimal Technology of Bergenin from Bergenia purpurascens by Ultrasonic Extraction
摘要
Abstract
Objective] To establish the optimal ultrasonic extraction technology of bergenin from Bergenia purpurascens.[Method] With the ex-traction quantity of bergenin as the index, the ultrasonic extraction technology of bergenin was optimized by orthogonal test based on the results of single factor test.[Result] The optimal extraction technology for bergenin was as follows:70 W ultrasonic power, 100 mesh of grinding, 40 min ultrasonic time.The influencing order from big to small was grinding mesh, ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power.[Conclusion] This method is simple, efficient, time saving, and provides references for the further research and development of B.purpurascens.关键词
