Abstract
According to “excellent agronomist” talents training objective and contents, in order to meet the needs of the reform of personnel training mode and the development cultivation of students’ key abilities, the basic professional skills training, the professional practical ability training and comprehensive ability training were studied, meanwhile, enterprise practical teaching scheme and assessment mechanism were ana-lyzed, the aim was to explore reform of practical teaching mode in “excellent agronomist” talents training, to provide reference for further impro-ving practical teaching quality of agronomy major under new situation .关键词
