Morphological Characterization of Androgenic Gland in Oratosquilla oratoria
摘要
Abstract
Objective] To study the morphological characterization of androgenic gland in Oratosquilla oratoria.[ Method] The morphological characterization of androgenic gland in male O.oratoria was observed firstly by using histological section technique.[Result] There was one pair of white ovalandrogenic glandlocated at the base of the third pereopod and embodied between the muscles and hepatopancreas, and the an-drogenic gland adhered to the surface of vas deferens through the organic membrane.The development of androgenic gland was divided into proliferative, synthetic and secretory stages.The androgenicgland was a holocrine gland.[Conclusion] The study can provide basic data for the research of enriching reproductive biology of O.oratoria.关键词
