盘龙江青萍的磷污染指示性研究
Lemna Minor Indicative of Phosphorus Pollution in Panlong River
摘要
Abstract
Objective] To study the lemna minor indicative of phosphorus pollution in Panlong River.[Methods] Laboratory cultivation and field survey were carried.[Results] In laboratory cultivation condition: lemna minor can grow normally in culture solution with phosphorus concentration of 0.1 mg/L to 15 mg/L.In field survey condition, the phosphorus concentration at each sampling point in Panlong River was 0.07 mg/L to 0.47 mg/L.Distribution of lemna minor: no distribution in upper reaches, slight distribution in middle reaches, more abun-dance in low reaches.[Conclusion] Lemma minor can indicate the water quality above grade II, and water with appearance of lemna minor in-dicates phosphorus pollution.关键词
