摘要
Abstract
Objective] To study the inhibition effect of 3,5-dihydroxytoluene (DHT) and L-camosine on tyrosinase activity.[Method] The effects of 3,5-dihydroxytoluene and L-camosine on the activity of tyrosinase extracted from fresh snow pear were analyzed with catechol as sub-strate.[Result] Both 3,5-dihydroxytoluene and L-camosine had certain inhibition effect on tyrosinase activity.[Conclusion] The inhibition effect of L-camosine on tyrosinase activity was stronger than that of 3,5-dihydroxytoluene.关键词
