Effects of Compound Probiotics on Growth Performance and Intestinal Protease Activity in Konmin Mice

Abstract
Objective] To research the effects of adding compound probiotics in feed on the growth performance and intestinal protease activity in post-weaning Konmin mice.[Method] Three probiotic strains (Bacillus cereus B1-1, Bacillus cereus JC10-8 and Lactobacillus SL1-5) were prepared for compound probiotics.Konmin mice were fed by the compound probiotics so as to evaluate its safety .Effects of compound probiotics on the growth performance,protease activity and cellulase activity of post-weaning Konmin mice were researched.[Result] These strains were se-cure,and significantly increased the daily body weight gain of Konmin mice.After adding compound probiotics in mice feed in test group,the pro-tease activity and cellulase activity were significantly higher than those in control group .[ Conclusion] Compound probiotics greatly enhances the growth performances and intestinal enzyme activities in Konmin mice .关键词
