Seed Germination and Cultivation Techniques of Aralia elata
摘要
Abstract
Objective] To select the optimal germination conditions of Aralia elata and study its cultivation techniques.[Method]Seeds of A. elata in Heilongjiang Province wereused as research subjects , and the seeds were treated through an orthogonal experiment .According to the seed germination rate of A.elata, the most appropriate seed soaking time, culture temperature and gibberellin concentration were determined.Besides, cultivation techniques of A.elata were summarized.[Result] When gibberellin concentration was 200 mg/L, seed soaking time was 12 h, culture temperature was 25℃, the seed germination rate of A.elata was the best.After the cultivation techniques were adopted, the survival rate and quality of A.elata seedlings were improved.[Conclusion]The study can provide theoretical basis for the production and breeding of A.elata.关键词
