Abstract

In order to enhance the supporting abilities and the operational readiness of the equipments in wind tunnel, the paper presents a design project of interactive electronic technique manual (IETM) system for wind tunnel based on GJB6600. It introduces the development status of IETM technology. Combined with the characteristic of the equipments in wind tunnel and the informatization, intelligentize requirements of the equipments’ management and support, it realizes electronic generic format conversion and database centralized storage management for scattering material and manuals of kinds of equipments. The IETM system implements equipments self diagnosis based on fault libraries and man-machine dialogue, and guidance of operational procedures by multimedia. The results show that this design provides an advanced and reliable technology method which helps implementing the centralized management, control and share of the information of each systems in wind tunnel, increasing the intelligentize level and maintenance efficiency of the equipments fault diagnosis, and enhancing the working and supporting abilities of the wind tunnel.
