摘要

Abstract

The decomposed and coordinated calculation between multiple control centers can solve the contradiction between interconnected power systems and their hierarchical management and control . But distributed calculation is a complicated process involving multi‐region , multi‐user and multi‐application , hence the need of an investigation of the specific parallel calculation mechanism for realization . To solve the management problem of the multi‐control center decomposed and coordinated calculation used in practice , an access platform for all kinds of distributed applications is provided , the distributed parallel calculation management mechanism being designed practically . The management mechanism includes the decomposition‐coordination mechanism , master‐slave mechanism and parallel calculation mechanism , stereographically forming 3‐dimensional data layering by 3 dimensional coordinate setting . It is a complete set of parallel calculation management mechanism able to realize the goal of different users belonging to different subsystems enabled to start different application calculations independently while exploring the realization method of a new generation of energy management systems ( EMSs) based on 3 dimensions .
