Abstract
The DC access capability for multi‐infeed high voltage direct current( HVDC) transmission system is an important issue that is awakening ever‐increasing concern of power companies . Proceeding from the actual problems caused by large‐scale multi‐infeed HVDC , the main factors limiting the DC access capability are analyzed . Accordingly , a method of solving DC access capability considering such constraints as peaking capability , multi‐infeed short circuit ratio , voltage stability , frequency stability and transient stability is proposed , by which the DC access capability assessment in China East Power Grid is worked out . For the main limiting factors , suggestions for improving DC access capability and optimizing the layout of multi‐infeed HVDC are made .关键词
