不同留管方式经皮肾镜取石术后的护理体会及意义
The nursing experience and significance of different tubing in percutaneous nephrolithotomy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the nursing experience and significance of different tubing in percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL).Methods Patients with upper urinary stones treated with PCNL were divided into three groups according to the way of tubing:conventional group,partial non-tubing group,total nontubing group.The haemoglobin,the time of indwelling catheter,complications of three groups were analyzed.Results All patients completed the operation.There was no statistically significant difference in baseline information among three groups (P＞0.05).There were statistically significant differences in postoperative vital sign,the time of indwelling catheter,the incidence of complications among three groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion There were difference in nursing focus among different tubing of PCNL.关键词
