踝臂指数和超敏C反应蛋白在2型糖尿病并发下肢血管病变中相关性的研究
A study of the correlation between ankle brachial index and highly sensitive C-reactive protein in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with peripheral arterial disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between ankle brachial index (ABI) and highly sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients with peripheral arterial disease (PAD).Methods The values of ABI and hs-CRP in PAD group and non-PAD group were compared.Analyzed the correlation between ABI and hs-CRP in two groups with Pearson correlation analysis.Results ABI in PAD group was significantly lower than that in non-PAD group [(0.67±0.12) vs.(1.02±0.06)],with statistically significant difference (P=0.017).hs-CRP in PAD group was significantly higher than that in non-PAD group [(6.78±2.90)mg/L vs.(3.43±0.77) mg/L],with statistically significant difference (P=0.012).There was significant negative correlation between ABI and hs-CRP in PAD group (r=-0.895,P＜0.001),changing with the severity of vascular stenosis;there was no significant correlation between ABI and hs-CRP in non-PAD group (r=0.241,P=-0.147).Conclusion There is significant negative correlation between ABI and hs-CRP in T2DM patients with PAD,which may play a role in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis.关键词
