腹腔镜下完全腹膜外疝修补术120例临床分析
Laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal hernia repair: a clinical analysis of 120 cases

Abstract
Objective To summarize the clinical experience of totally extraperitoneal laparoscopic hemioplasty.Method Retrospectively analyzed clinical data for 120 cases of inguinal hernia and femoral hernia who underwent totally extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair between September 2010 and August 2015.Results Surgery was successfully performed,with the average operation time of (42.6±4.3) min (30-61 min),the average postoperative hospital stay of (3.5±1.37)d (3-7 d).Seroma occurred in 2 cases postoperatively but was absorbed in 1 week.There was no incision infection.No recurrence happened during 5-56 months' follow-up.1 patient was observed with incision infection 18 months after surgery but cured by means of removing patch.There was no persistent pain or foreign body sensation.Conclusion Totally extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernioplasty has the advantages of less invasive tissue damage,faster recovery,and better postoperative comfort,which is safe and reliable,with good long-term effect.关键词
