复合式小梁切除术治疗原发性青光眼的疗效观察
Curative effect observation of compound trabeculectomy in the treatment of primary glaucoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of compound trabeculectomy in the treatment of primary glaucoma (PG).Methods 188 patients (208 eyes) who had been diagnosed with primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) or primary angle-closure glaucoma (PACG) were divided into two groups.85 cases (95 eyes) in control group underwent conventional trabeculectomy,while 103 cases (113 eyes) in observation group underwent compound trabeculectomy.And the clinical results of two groups were compared.Results There were statistically significant differences in the incidence of shallow anterior chamber,the rate of intraocular pressure under control,functional blebs,and the success rate between observation group and control group 24 weeks after surgery (P＜0.05).Conclusions Compound trabeculectomy in the treatment of primary glaucoma has the advantages of less trauma surgery,more significant IOP reduced,fewer complications,higher safety,etc,the anterior chamber and the functional blebs are formed ideally,the intraocular pressure is under control well,with satisfactory vision,effectively improves the quality of life of patients.关键词
