Abstract
Objective To study the effect of high quality nursing service mode on the therapeutic effect of severe traumatic brain injury.Methods 42 cases of severe traumatic brain injury treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected as study group,and received high quality nursing service.Another 38 cases of severe traumatic brain injury treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as control group,and received conventional nursing service.The effect on the therapeutic effect of these two nursing modes were compared.Results Life quality score in study group after nursing was significantly higher than that in control group,with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).The rate of good recovery in study group was significantly higher than that in control group (73.8％ vs.46.7％),with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).The degree of satisfaction in study group was significantly higher than that in control group (95.2％ vs.66.7％),with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in study group was significantly lower than that in control group (14.3％ vs.40.0％),with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with severe traumatic brain injury,the implementation of high quality nursing service mode can reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the life quality,reduce the morbidity,and promote the rehabilitation for patients.关键词
