自我效能干预对老年高血粘度患者血流变学及血脂的影响
Influence of self-efficacy intervention on hemorheology and blood lipid in elderly patients with high blood viscosity

Abstract
Obstractive To investigate the influence of self-efficacy intervention on hemorheology and blood lipid in elderly patients with high blood viscosity.Methods 80 elderly patients with high blood viscosity hospitalized at our department were selected as study objects and were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,40 for each group.The control group received routine nursing care,including basic nursing,diet nursing,drug therapy,exercise therapy,discharge guidance,etc.;in addition,the experimental group got self-efficacy intervention.The general self-efficacy scale was used to evaluate the self-efficacy in both group before and after the intervention.The hemorheology and changes of blood lipid test indexes were compared between these two groups.The effects were evaluated.Results Before the intervention,the self-efficacy score was (2.17±0.36) in the experimental group and was (2.22±0.39) in the control group,with no statistical difference(P＞0.05).After intervention,the self-efficacy score was (3.69±0.30) in the experimental group and was (2.37±0.44)in the control group (P＜ 0.01).Before the intervention,there were no statistical differences in hemorrheologyand blood lipid test indicators between these two groups (P＞0.05).After the intervention,the hemorrheology andblood lipid test indicators were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group (P＜0.01).Conclusions Self-efficacy intervention can help the elderly patients with high blood viscosity increase self-efficacy,establish a good way of life,strengthen self management ability,effectively reduce blood viscosity and blood lipid levels,promote the whole body blood circulation,and reduce stroke risk.关键词
