腹腔镜逆行胆囊切除与次全胆囊切除治疗复杂性胆囊结石的疗效观察
Laparoscopic retrograde cholecystectomy versus laparoscopic subtotal cholecystectomy in treatment of complex gallbladder stones

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic retrograde cholecystectomy(LRC) versus laparoscopic subtotal cholecystectomy in the treatment of complex gallbladder stones (CGS).Methods 106 patients with CGS were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,53 cases for each group.The control group were treated with LRC and the observation group laparoscopic subtotal cholecystectomy.The clinical efficacies were compared between these two groups.Results The operation time was shorter and the intraoperative bleeding volume and intraoperative rehydration volume were obviously lower in the observation group than in the control group (t=2.317,2.852,4.916,P＜ 0.05).There were no statistical differences in the aeration time,abdominal cavity drainage volume,postoperative hospital stay,and temperatures day l and 2 after operation between these two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic retrograde cholecystectomy and laparoscopic subtotal cholecystectomy in the treatment of complex gallbladder stones both are effective,safe,reliable,but the latter is more convenient in operation and can effectively shorten operation time and lower intraoperative bleeding volume,so it is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
