摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics of cesarean section in midwifery institutions in 2012 (3 + 1) in Hunan province and provide some references for controlling cesarean section.Methods The distribution of cesarean delivery in 2012 (3 + 1) in Hunan province were retrospectively analyzed.Results The peaks of cesarean delivery rate in the midwifery institutions most appeared in the first quarter in 2012.That the county or township institutions hadn't properly control cesarean delivery played a key role in cesarean section rate staying at a high level.Conclusions Strengthening the control regulation and midwives training of county or township midwifery organizations will be the breakthrough for controlling cesarean delivery rate in our province.关键词
