复方大承气汤治疗53例术后早期肠梗阻临床效果观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound Dachengqi soup for early postoperative intestinal obstruction.Methods 106 patients with early postoperative intestinal obstruction were divided into a control group(conventional therapy+SS) and a treatment group(complex Dachengqitang +SS),53 cases for each group.Results The total efficacy was 98.1％ in the treatment group and 75.5％ in the control group.The times for the disappearance of clinical symptoms were shorter in the treatment group than in the control group (P ＜0.01).Conclusion Compound Dachengqi soup for early postoperative intestinal obstruction is remarkablely effective.关键词
