Abstract
Objective To explore the whole quality of nursing in open-loop decay and anastomosis (TST) in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids hemorrhoids perioperative value of research.Methods In 106 patients who underwent TST digital table method were randomly divided into two groups,53 cases,control the implementation of general nursing on a regular basis;Observation group of patients to take the whole quality of nursing,nursing situation and satisfaction compared to two groups.Results Observation group total effective rate was 100.00％ and 100.00％ in the control group no difference (x2=0.3430,P ＜ 0.05),two groups of postoperative pain score 1 d (t =0.635,P ＞ 0.635);3 and 5 d group were significantly lower than the control group (t =5.017,t =3.089,P ＜ 0.05),the pain of time observing group was significantly lower than that of control group (t =11.556,P＜ 0.05),the observation group satisfaction 98.11％ and significantly higher than the control group 86.79％ (x2=4.8673,P ＜ 0.05),postoperative complications 11.32％ observation group was obviously lower than the control group 11.32％ (x2=11.1814,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The whole nursing quality in TST intraoperative has the patient pain is light,the advantages of fast healing and shorter hospitalization time,improve patients perioperative coordination,reduce the postoperative complications,improve the quality of life,has become the ideal method of treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,hemorrhoids,and improve the efficiency of nursing work,increases patient care satisfaction.关键词
