Abstract
This paper is based on the study of American university research evaluation system and implementation, we analyzing its origin, development process, index, weights and feedback mechanism. That being said, this paper is intended to find the reason of its advantage in research evaluation system in order to provide our country with four strategies to improve our university research evaluation system.关键词
