Abstract

This article discusses the issues about the psychological pressure of employment of the medical college students who major in public administration, argues that there are five sources of psychological pressure of employment and six intervention programs should be adopted. We should explore the the psychological pressure of employment from the objective and subjective perspective. The objective factors can lead to the formation of psychological pressure, which include the speciality setup, social cognition and teaching practice. On the other hand, the subjective factors include the employment expectations and employability. The six intervention programs could be stated based on five sources and be recognized from two sides. First, we should pay attention to the improvement measures for teaching process, and emphasize the individual and differentiated training and targeted psychological counseling.
