Abstract
Objective:To probe into the status and influencing factors of general well being and working pres-sure among clinic nurses in a third grade class A traditional Chinese medicine hospital.Methods:It used the General Information Questionnaire,General Well Being Schedule and the Chinese Nurse Work Pressure Source Scale to investigate 105 nurses in a third grade class A traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Chengdu.Re-sults:The general well being score of clinical nurses was 69.10 ± 12.62.There was no statistical significant difference(P>0.05)compared with Chinese female domestic norm.The working pressure source score of clini-cal nurses was 67.58±22.05.Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between the general well being and the working pressure source(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:The general well being of clinical nurses was good in traditional Chinese medicine hospital.However,they have higher working pressure which can influence the general well being of them.So to relieve working pressure of clinical nurses can improve their general well being.关键词
