情景模拟训练在精神科新护士沟通能力培训中的运用
Application of scene simulation training in communication ability training of new nurses in psychiatric department
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the application of scene simulation training in the communication ability training of new nurses in psychiatric department.Methods:Totally 37 new nurses recruited in August 2013 were selected as the observation group.And 32 new nurses recruited in August 2012 were as the control group.The control group nurse received the traditional lecture method.Nurses of the observation group received traditional lectures and scene simulation training.After 3 months training,the training effects of the two groups of new nurses were evaluated by using the self made communication skills assessment scale.Results:The communica-tion skills score in the observation group(87.41±6.53)was higher than that of the control group(73.75±7.19) (P<0.01).Conclusion:The scene simulation training can help to improve the communication ability of new nur-ses in psychiatric department.关键词
