摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of anti-EGFR agents on multidrug resistance( MDR) in tongue squamous cell carcinoma drug-resistance cell line Tca8113/CBP.Methods:Immunohistochemical staining and western blot assay were applied to detect EGFR expression in tongue squamous cell carcinoma cell line Tca8113 and its MDR cell line Tca8113/CBP, the protein expression levels of MRP, GST-πin cell line Tca8113/CBP which EGFR expression were inhibited were detected by western blot assay.Results:We found higher expression of EGFR in cell lineTca8113 and its MDR cell line Tca8113/CBP(P>0.05).After the EGFR expression were inhibited,the expression MRP and GTS-πwere significant decrease in MDR cell line Tca8113/CBP( P<0.05) . Conclusion:The anti--EGFR agents can lead to a downregulation of resistance protein expression.关键词
