摘要
Abstract
Objective:To construct a three-dimensional finite element model(3D FEM) of a maxillary anterior teeth retraction force system in customized lingual bracket technique for biomechanic analysis.Method:After scaning volunteer’s maxillofacial region with CBCT,a 3D FEM was constructed using Mimics 14.11,Pro/Engineer 5.0,Geomagic Studio 12,Solidworks 2013 and Ansys Workbench 13.0.Results:The constructed 3D FEM contained 40 volume models,with e-Brace lingual brackets,detition,PDL,alveolar bone,arch wire,micro-implants and buccal buckles,and the model is feasible to resembling the clinical situation.The total number of the nodes was 9062170,and the number of the elements was 506498.Conclusion:The FEM has fine morphologi-cal and mechanical comparability,and has a good similarity to the clinic.Further biomechanic research for cus-tomized lingual orthodontics can be based on this 3D FEM.关键词
