Abstract
Objective To explore the independent risk factors in perihematoma edema following hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage ( HICH ) . Methods The clinical data of 36 in-patients with HICH were analyzed retrospectively.Of 36 patients,17 had perihematoma edema expanding, another 19 hadn't.The general data of patients, preoperative carrying, time interval between onset to surgery, blood pressure, hypertension duration, amount of bleeding, bleeding site, the hematoma side, the hematoma shape were evaluated bysingle factor analysis .Logistic regression analysis was performed by the statistically significant results of single factor analysis ( blood pressure , bleeding site , preoperative handling ) to access the independent risk factors of perihematoma edema .Results As indicated in logistic regression analysis, disease duration of hypertension (P=0.007) and shape of hematoma (P=0.008) were significantly associated with the perihematoma edema following hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage . However , a statistical significance was absent in systolic blood pressure , diastolic blood pressure , sites of hemorrhage , preoperative transportation and etc .Conclusions It suggests that longer hypertension duration and shape of hemorrhage might be the independent risk factors for perihematoma edema following hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage .关键词
