重睑受术者体象心理状况及影响因素分析
Body Dysmorphic Disorder of Double Eyelid Surgery Recipients and Its Influence Factors

Abstract
Objective To understand the body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) of double eyelid surgery recipients, to analyze its influence factors and to provide reference for solving psychological problems and medical disputes. Methods Double eyelid surgery recipients from June 2013 to August 2015 were investigated with questionnaires and then SPSS 20.0 was applied for data analysis. Results Multi-factor analysis indicated that four factors exerting influence on recipients’ BDD including plastic surgery history, negative feedback, cases of plastic surgery around the recipients and the comparison between the recipients’ appearance and others’ (all P<0.05). Conclusion There exists the BDD among plastic surgery-eyelid surgery recipients and its influence factors include plastic surgery history, negative feedback,cases of plastic surgery around the recipients and the comparison between the recipients’ appearance and others’.关键词
