女性护士尿失禁影响因素的病例对照研究
A Case-control Study of Influence Factors for Female Nurses with Urinary Incontinence

Abstract
Objective To explore the risk factors for female nurses with urinary incontinent (UI). Methods A case-control study was conducted among 262 female nurses with UI and 316 controls. Single-factor analysis and multivariate non-conditional logistic regression analysis were applied to explore risk factors of UI for female nurses. Results Multivariate analysis demonstrated that increasing age (OR=1.123, 95%CI=1.035~1.217), higher education level (OR=1.749,95%CI=1.203~2.544), natural delivery (OR=2.228, 95%CI=1.152~4.312), delayed voiding frequently (OR=2.677, 95%CI=1.475~4.860) and experience of urinary tract infection (OR=1.640, 95%CI=1.051~2.558) were associated with the increasing risk of UI among nurses. Conclusion UI of female nurses should not be ignored. Increasing age, higher education level, natural delivery, delayed voiding and urinary tract infection are risk factors for UI.关键词
