某高校成人教育护理人员继续教育现状及对远程教育的需求分析
Continuing Education for Adult Nursing Students and their Demand for Distance Education

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of distance education for adult nursing students and to provide reference for the implementation of distance education and the reform of internet-based adult nursing education. Methods A self-questionnaire was applied to investigate 2,250 nursing adult students. Results Totally 90.34% of the students knew distance education but only 32.63%of them once received it and 33.25%of them thought distance education had better effect than face-to-face education. Of the total, 46.06% of the students regarded the proportion that teaching hour between distance education and face-to-face education reached 1:1 was the best and 93.85% of them were willing to cover the expense of distance education. Conclusion Nursing adult students accept and have higher expectation about distance education. It is necessary to combine traditional education and distance education to improve the teaching quality of adult education.关键词
