摘要

Abstract

Objective To study and analyze the influence of soaking and decocting time on drug concentration and to provide reference for effective medicine fumigation for clinical nursing staff. Methods Medicines were boiled according to different soaking and decocting time of several times. Taking knees as the breakthrough point, we detected and compared the components of drug concentration of collecting liquid medicine different soaking, decocting phase proportion on the site of the drug concentration and steam fumigation. Results After soaking for 30 minutes and decocting 30 minutes, fumigation medicine ’s decocting stage specific gravity concentration and steam fumigation liquid component concentration were significantly better than the other decocting time ( P<0.05), all had statistical significance. Conclusion When soaked for 30 minutes and decocted 30 minutes, medicine can play a maximum effect for patients and it provides reference for nursing staff to boil drugs.
