六角切圆燃煤锅炉低氮燃烧器改造经济性分析
Economy analysis for six-corner tangentially fired boiler suffered low NOx burner transformation

Abstract
Transformation was conducted for low NOx burner of hexagonal tangential coal-fired boiler in a 300 MW unit.Six over fire air nozzle in three layers were added at the place with height of 7 m above the main burner.The Fluent software was applied to carry out three dimensional simulation for the combustion inside the furnace.The results show that,before and after the transformation,the boiler efficiency was 91.30% and 90.70%,the denitra-tion cost were 0.022 0 yuan/(kW•h)and 0.016 3 yuan/(kW•h),the overall cost of the denitration and boiler efficiency was 0.218 25 yuan/(kW•h)and 0.212 45 yuan/(kW•h).After low NOx burner transformation,the classification of the furnace deepened,the NOx emission reduced,the overall cost decreased,and the energy saving efficiency was obvious.关键词
