基于得分法的河南省最严格水资源管理评价OA
Evaluation of the Strictest Water Resources Management in Henan Province Based on the Score Method
在总结目前水资源管理评价方法的基础上，根据指标体系构建原则，结合河南省的实际情况，筛选并构建了河南省最严格水资源管理"三条红线"指标评价体系，建立基于得分的评价方法和等级划分标准。采用层次分析法确定了各项指标的权重，以河南省2013年的水资源情况为例，通过得分计算对"三条红线"达标情况进行评价，并对规划年2020年目标值的达标情况进行分析，提出相应改进措施，为河南省水资源管理评价提供参考。
