骨肿瘤切除后骨缺损的重建
Reconstruction of bone defect caused by bone tumor resection
摘要
Abstract
To explore the reconstruction of bone defect caused by bone tumor resection .Methods: 38 patients with bonedefect were performed with cement and allograft bone after bone tumor resection .Among them, 18 cases were fixed with plates andscrews.The reoccurrence and functional recovery were observed and followed -up post -operatively.Results: All the patients were followed-up and no one reoccurred.Among them, 37 cases were recovered satisfactorily and 1 case with local infection was recovered completelyafter extraction of internal fixation and anti -inflammation.Conclusion: The way of cement fixed with allograft bone to reconstructthe bone defect after bone tumor resection was better .Patients with large lesions might be performed with internal fixation .关键词
