摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the use of Medial and lateral locking plate and intramedullary nail in treatment of femoral condyle fracture Meth ods :80 cases of patients with femoral condyle fractures , who were received by our hospital from June 2011 to July 2015 for treatment, were randomly divided into two groups , with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given intramedullary nail treat-ment, and observation group were given Medial and lateral locking plate treatment .Clinical effectiveness , knee function and morbidity in-dex case of two groups were compared .Results: excellent rate of clinical treatment in observation group was higher that of the control group, and the difference was significantly (P <0.05);Range of knee motion, mobility, stability, pain and self-evaluation and other indicators of the observation group are significantly better than that of the control group , and the difference was significant (P <0.05);The complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group , and the difference was significant ( P <0.05).Conclusion:Compared to the intramedullary nail, locking plate in treatment of distal femur fractures could effectively improve the clinical efficacy , and it might be worthy of promotion .关键词
