摘要
Abstract
Obej ctvi e:To evaluate the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis ( OA) .Methods:A retrospective analysis of 115 cases (1 knees) with knee osteoarthritis (163 knees) was performed in March 2012 and March 2015.The knee joint pain, joint function of knee joint activity as the efficacy evaluation .Results:After 6 months to 4.5 years (average 19 months) follow-up, 115 patients with 163 knees, 98 knees were rated as excellent (60.1%), 31 cases as good( 19%), 18 cases (60), 25 cases as fair (15.3%), 9 cases as poor (5.6%), 7 cases (30).The fine rate was 79.1%.Conclusion:sodium hyaluronate could effectively inhibit the pain and swelling in patients with knee osteoarthritis , and the effect of treatment of knee osteoarthritis might be satisfactory .关键词
