摘要
Abstract
Objective:To assess the effect and complacations of treatment of radial neck fractures in children with elastic stable intr -amedullary nail.Methods:A retrospective study was performed in 31 children(age ranged from 7 to 13 years)with displaced radial neck fractures.All of them were corrected with elastic stable intramedullary nail in this institute from 2009 to 2015 in our hospital.Results:All cases were successfully followed -up, with an average time of 11 months.21 cases were evaluated excellent 4,cases were good , the excel-lent and good rate was 80.65%.Conclusion:Closed reduction with elastic stable intramedullary nail deserves to be a minimally invasive and simply method for the treatment of the radial neck fractures in children , mainly used in OB'rienⅡ、Ⅲfracture .关键词
