Abstract
Objective:To investigate the safety and efficacy of single port laparoscopic combined with minimally invasive gallbladder preserving biliary endoscopy for the treatment of gallbladder stones (polyps).Methods:Retrospective analysis of 2012 January to 2015 January, the clinical data of 161 cases of minimally invasive preservation of bile duct by umbilical single port laparoscopy combined with biliary endoscopy.Results:The patients in this group were operated successfully , the operation time was 30-115min, the average (70. 3 ±15.8) min, the bleeding volume was 5-50ml, the average (15.5 ±5.7) ml, postoperative hospitalization days , the average was 3. 4 ±0.7.There were 6 cases of malignant vomiting , 1 cases of incision fat liquefaction , postoperative urinary retention in 1 cases, diarrhea in 1 cases, after symptomatic treatment were cured and discharged .Follow up 3-36 months, 131 cases were followed up , the rate of fail-ure was 18.6%.Recurrence occurred in 3 cases, the recurrence rate was 1.9%, and the two operation was cured.Conclusion: The safety and feasibility of laparoscopic minimally invasive gallbladder preserving biliary endoscopy for gallbladder stones ( polyps) was safe and feasible by umbilical single port laparoscopy combined with biliary endoscopy , which have the advantages of less trauma , less compli-cations, low recurrence rate and fast recovery , can improve the quality of life of patients after surgery .关键词
