从贫化炉水淬渣中氨浸提铜试验研究
Leaching of Copper From Water Quenched Pyrometallurgical Slag by Ammonia and Ammonium Carbonate Solution

Abstract
Recovery of copper from water quenched pyrometallurgical cleaning slag by ammonia leaching was studied .The results show that the maximum leaching rate of copper is 45% and precipitation rate of copper is 89% at the optimum conditions of 70 ℃ ,leaching time of 4 hours , ammonia concentration of 60 g/L ,liquid‐to‐solid ratio of 10 mL∶1 g ,stirring speed of 500 r/min and ammonium carbonate addition of 40% to the slag .Copper is recoveried by leaching and followed precipitation .T he process is simple ,copper recovery efficiency is better .关键词
