摘要

Abstract

The high purity ruthenium powder was prepared by chemical precipitation with ammonium chloride precipitation -calcination -(planetary ball milling )-hydrogen reduction using RuCl3 solution as raw material .The experimental results show that the morphology of ruthenium powder obtained by direct hydrogen reduction after calcination is irregular shape and the particle size is 5 -8 μm .The ruthenium powder obtained by ball milling and hydrogen reduction is a sponge like ,and the particle size is about 1 μm .The purity of ruthenium powder is over 99 .95% .
