Influence of Side-pile Parameters of PBA Construction Method on Structural Stability

Abstract
With reference to BEIHAI North Station project of Beijing metro line 6 , the settlement of stratum, horizontal displacement of side-pile and plastic zone of the tunnel bottom are analyzed at different embedded depths and diameters of side-piles with the numerical method of FLAC3D . The results show that the settlement of surface and horizontal displacement of side-pile decrease with the increase of the embedded depth of the side-pile; when the embedded depth of side-plies is fixed, the influence on the side-pile horizontal displacement generated by varying diameter of side-pile is greater than the influence on surface settlement; the close relation between the embedded depth and the bottom plastic zone suggests that shallow embedded depth generates bigger plastic zone in the tunnel top soil mass.关键词
