摘要

Abstract

To ensure user perception, this paper analyzed the changes and challenges faced by telecom operators in the era of 4G lfow business, pointing out the necessity of transition from NOC to SOC. Accordingly, the paper introduced a method of centralized performance management mode oriented to user perception with an example of the innovative practice of SOC reform in China Mobile Guangdong using this method. The results showed that the mode can enhance the end-to-end user perception carrier support capability and raise precision marketing level.
