Abstract
In order to accurately recognize users with high churn probability, we analyzed mobile user churn behavior using operators’ actual service data and described the model building process in detail based on the CRISP-DM data mining method. Additionally, we distinguished users into normal and abnormal groups, compared the difference, and built models respectively in order to improve the prediction accuracy. The validity of the model was veriifed through data experiment, thus meeting the requirements of business application.关键词
