Outage Probability of Transmit Antenna Selection in a MIMO Relay System Using the Alamouti Scheme
摘要
Abstract
To expand network coverage, maintain high network throughput, the paper investigated the outage performance of transmit antenna selection in a MIMO relay system. The transmit antenna selection criterions at the source and the relay were to maximize the received signal-to-noise ratio at the relay and destination respectively. The closed-form theoretical expression for the outage probability of the system was derived, and the diversity order of the system was analyzed. The theoretical analysis results were veriifed by the Monte Carlo simulation results.关键词
